Independent Living Support — Staying Home on Your Own Terms
Most older adults want to stay in their own home. The question isn't whether to stay home, but what kind of support makes it sustainable.
Staying home is a reasonable goal
Most older adults want to stay in their own home. That's not stubbornness — it's a sensible preference for the place where life makes sense.
The question isn't whether to stay home, but what kind of support makes it sustainable.
What Savoyage provides
Savoyage is not a home-health agency. We don't provide medical care, nursing, or personal care. What we do provide is a recurring, trusted presence in the form of a personal chef who visits weekly, prepares excellent food, and pays attention. Over time, that relationship becomes something families and clients genuinely rely on.
The concierge dimension
Beyond cooking, Savoyage can assist with light household needs and the small logistical things that accumulate when you're managing a home on your own — from coordinating a repair or delivery to helping resolve something that simply needs attention. Not as a housekeeper or caregiver, but as a thoughtful, capable presence who can help things get done.
For families who want to help without hovering
One of the most common things we hear from adult children is that they want to help their parent stay independent — not move them somewhere else. Savoyage is designed for exactly that: meaningful, non-intrusive support that respects the person receiving it.
