Authorized family members receive an email notification when a visit is complete. The Family Portal provides the full structured update — the same report shown here — whenever they want to review it.
When a concierge matter is resolved, a separate notification is sent with the outcome.

Savoyage Pantry: Weekly Culinary Service includes use of the Savoyage Pantry for appropriate staple ingredients used in small quantities — Parmesan, cream, stock, fresh herbs, garlic, oils, vinegars and spices. A $10/week pantry contribution covers these shared staples.
This avoids buying full packages when your menu only requires a small amount — reducing waste and keeping grocery costs down.
